THIS AGREEMENT SERVES AS A LEGAL BINDING AGREEMENT. IT BINDS YOU AND YOU LISTTEMPLATE.NET. BEFORE BUYING ANY INDIVIDUAL TEMPLATE AND TEMPLATE SETS, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THE BELOW AGREEMENT. REMEMBER, ONCE YOU BUY THEM, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE PROVIDED TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT.
THE TERMS OF AGREEMENT ARE ALSO TO BE ADHERED TO BY YOUR EMPLOYER IN THE EVENT THAT YOU ARE ACTING ON YOUR EMPLOYER’S BEHALF. THE AGREEMENT IS STILL APPLICABLE FOR YOUR EMPLOYER EVEN AFTER YOU STOP WORKING FOR HIM. IN THIS, YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT ARE CONSIDERED NULL AND VOID.
Grant of License
Our templates provide both you and your employer the ability and right to edit the provided product. However, the manner of edits must be as follows.
- Personalization of the product can be achieved through changing the design elements. You may change the text content or insert a few other clauses to reflect on the current product.
- Other than the products that have been listed under Section Two of this agreement, you have the right to create derivative works. This may include printed publications; virtual documents like email as well as promotional and advertising materials apply.
Active service providers working under you have the permission to edit and duplicate the end product. This also applies to service providers working under your employer. However, these persons must abide by the terms provided in the agreement. You can also provide your clients with your derivative works through electronic files but in the condition that they do not alter or edit it to create more derivative works.
Your derivative work can be shown on printed products and on your emails but never on websites. In addition, the derivative works that are displayed must be edited and finished.
Keep in mind that you have the right to only use products that are in line with the agreement. You are not in a position to make assumptions on any other rights other than those outlined here.
Restrictions
You can only use the products here as follows and they are provided in the agreement or as provided by the law.
None of the product’s description should appear on any private network or on the internet. Any derivative works are not to be uploaded as downloadable products or as those that allow for editing. Without a legal written contract from Listtemplate.net, you cannot offer your derivative for sale which may also be accompanied by a license to allow you make any sales.
Any form of deception is not permitted for products from Listtemplate.net. In this, you cannot claim to be the creator of the product.
You are the only person that may use the images in the product. By infringing any of the terms of agreement, you are subject to compensate for the damages. You cannot blame anyone for not reading through the terms. However, all products come with no rights protection. In this, Listtemplate.net has no attachments to usage of trademarks or names (branding) you may find on the images found on the product. It is not permitted to use any of the products with pornographic content. Also, all industrial codes must be followed.
Copyright
Listtemplate.net together with its licensors hold all copy rights to all products including images on the product. Without this agreement, you cannot sell copy or edit any of the products. Violation of the terms in this provision will call for both criminal and civil penalties.
Limitation of Liability and Warranty
All products get a ninety day warranty. Within these days, you may request for a replacement of the digital copy or the license fee full refund. These are the only warranties offered. In the event that you suffer losses or encounter some damages, Listtemplate.net is not responsible/ liable for this. You must also put into consideration state provisions which govern implied warranties.
Payment
All payments must be completed in full before any of the products are used. Penalties will follow if not.
Non-Assignable License
This agreement cannot be used by a third party. It binds only you and your employer.
Unauthorized Usage of Products.
In the event that you use the products unjustly, any losses or damages incurred will not be reflected of Listtemplate.net and the team. Be it the attorney fees as well as the breach of contract as listed.
Survival
Even with the termination of this agreement, the terms outlined in section three and four are still applicable.
Miscellaneous Terms
It is only this agreement that is binding and not its variations. Both parties must indicate agreeing to the terms on this agreement on paper. This agreement is a separate entity and has nothing to do with any of Listtemplate.net books or promotional material. There is no third party that can issue a waiver other than the sole party, Listtemplate.net.
The provided terms of the agreement are provided to govern Listtemplate.net and you or your employer depending on who you represent. The agreement is in line with accordance to the Pakistan laws on the conflicts of law.
In the event that there are any disputes in reference to this agreement, all matters shall be handled by the Pakistan, Punjab state and federal courts and not personal action.
Listtemplate.net has the right to seek legal action in the event that you or your employer violates the terms on the agreement. With or without a lawsuit, a breach of contract by you calls for compensation on associated costs.
